I just realized i haven't posted since my wedding anniversary in September! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Aside from a week out of town, I've just been busy working away at my dream job 💛. Closing in on a trio of Zelo Side Tables. The one I'm working on in this image will find its new home in Huntington Beach this weekend 😎
As soon as these are done, I'm looking forward to trying couple new pieces over the next several weeks👌🏻

20 years ago today I started calling Desiree (@whatsupinthegarden )my wife! ❤️ As you can see from our beautiful wedding photos, we've been through quite a lot over the years!🦅
The 20 years of memories depicted in these heartwarming photographs are as clear in my mind as if they were only created a mere 20 minutes ago. Slotted panels for the Zelo Side Table orders all routed! I love my CNC but it's not the right tool for everything and I don't like to use it just for the sake of using it, especially when I'm trying to make good time and get way ahead of the game with of my Etsy orders. Sometimes a good ol' plunge router and an MDF template are the most practical choice (although i did cut the MDF template on my CNC🤣🤣)

Earlier this year (maybe February-ish?) I bought build plans from @foureyesfurniture and @shaunboydmadethis for the Longview dining chair. I've never built a chair before and wanted to get started. I started fast and got the main parts assembled but then I got busy and distracted with builds and projects of my own and the Longview chair parts have been sitting in the shop collecting dust ever since. The last couple days however, i made a little more progress in between steps of my own furniture orders and got the rest of the parts domino'd and what you see here is the dry-fit in the clamps.
I used some type of mahogany I think, and i think i'm gonna finish this out and use it as a porch chair. I may even experiment (maybe ruin it) and add arm rests and rockers to it. Maybe I'll change the name to the Frankenview Rocker or something 😜
Whatever I do with this chair, it is definitely a fun build, and definitely comfortable, and definitely makes me want to build more chairs. Fist bumps to 🤜🏻Chris and Shaun🤛🏻 for a great set of plans!

Getting some final detail sanding on a Zelo Side Table (with glass) for a repeat customer. I delivered one of these a few months ago to his home in Palm Springs and he loved it so much he recently ordered a second one💛
I'm so grateful for my customers and for every order that comes in. The Zelo Side Table orders have definitely been keeping me busy for the last couple years.
After this one I've still got 4 more to build! I never would've thought I'd make so many of these. What a blessing!

I printed my first thing, a simple case for an external hard, a couple weeks ago using a friend's Prusa MK3. 💥I was instantly hooked.💥
He told me the MK4 is faster and I hear good things about them but I also know there are other names out there so I'm looking for suggestions from NON-Influencers on YouTube...know what i mean?
I don't think i'm too interested in selling 3D printed things. I just want to make things for myself (shop accessories, tool accessories, custom organization, etc) and if any of those could sell, then maybe sell them. But for now, mostly just to solve problems in my little world and get more familiar with 3D modeling.
I also don't think i care about multi-color printing.
The main brands I've been trying to compare between are @josefprusa @bambulab_official @anycubicofficial and @creality3d .
